She's pretty terrible tbh.
Not as bad as that Boston woman though. Part Polish, moaning about Polish immigrants who are simultaneously lounging about drunk but taking all our jerbs picking cabbages.
No, actually she is worse. No. Nope. Nope. No. Grant. Grant. Grant.

Thought Top Gear was quite poor actually.
It's the same jokes and the same challenges and reviews.
Build something, show us how bad it is and pretend it's great in a laugh-at-self way. Crash it, break something, take it to some odd place and go through a car wash.
The Dragons Den bit was awful as well.
The series as a whole looks repetitive too. In some crap cars bought for a grand in some far off place, with the threat of driving something they hate, try not to get shot by something, supercars in some nice landscape probably looking for a nice road, a race against public transport, build their own car which will hilariously fail and play rugby in hatchbacks. They've done it all before and it's gotten a bit tired.
That's not to say I probably won't watch it all. I'm a sheep. And I guess whilst it's still popular they will see that as justification for keeping it as it is.

I think there was a lot of scene setting on this one to be honest (not that I didn't enjoy it) apart from the end of the fourth episode which is a huge WTF moment but it all goes mental on the last two episodes. I think a lot of people got fed up with Daenerys though throughout the season though.

Forgot there are far too few episodes to a GoT season. Only gripe I have with the show.
Excellent season 2. The battle scene whilst no battle of Helms Deep, was done very well. Watching the bonus features atm and there's a piece on the battle scene and how they lacked money to make it as good as it was in the books.
Hoping we see more of Jaime in the 3rd season. Didn't get fed up with Daenerys either. If anything it was the Theon storyline that was annoying. Might have to read the books again now

24's return to television has apparently been confirmed by executive producer David Fury.
A report yesterday revealed that the show's network Fox is considering bringing back the Kiefer Sutherland series for a limited run in place of the long-awaited movie adaptation.

Kiefer Sutherland in season 4 of '24'
> '24' to return: Five things we want to see
> '24' revival: Is Jack Bauer's return a good idea?
24's executive producer David Fury has now revealed on Twitter that he is involved in the revival.
Linking to an article about the return, he wrote: "Yep, I'm pulling double duty along w/ [FX pilot] TYRANT. Whoo & Hoo!"
Asked by a follower whether the new season would consist of eight or 12 episodes, Fury replied: "12."
The idea for the limited series reportedly came from 24's producer Howard Gordon, who is also working on Tyrant with Fury.
Sutherland - whose show Touch was axed by Fox yesterday - is thought to be in talks about reprising his role as Jack Bauer.

I did smile watching that last night.
Fresh Prince.
I have to say I think Norton has overtaken Wossy now, the calibre of guests on his show are so much better.
That's because The Graham Norton show has a focus on the guests, while Ross's focus was on himself.
Ross has always been a shit host.

I haven't seen Wossy in ages. Used to be the best in the world at what he did.
Never watched Norton though and only saw that whilst browsing The Sun site

The last one (book 5) was in 2011, there was six years gap between book 4 and 5. By the look of it, maybe few more years until book 6 is released and the last one would be out before 2020. :coffee:

By far is surely not applicable when discussing the levels of awlful the prequel trilogy often sink to.
Any scenes featuring the development of Anakin and Padme's relationship can't be beaten for terribleness.

I'm sure Ewan McGregor was taking the absolute piss by the third film. He's had a few dodgy performances over the years, but in Star Wars he just didn't give a fuck.
And Portman and Christensen give career-worst performances too. Although Christensen has only been convincing in one film really (Shattered Glass). Actually, Portman doesn't have too many impressive performances in her adult career either, despite the Black Swan hype a few years ago.
Tangent quota exceeded. The main point is that Lucas is little bit hack.

Disney have treated their Marvel properties pretty well.
They're hiring good a writer and director, so it's a positive start.
But it's the big name actors that matter, so until Will Smith, Jason Statham and Theo sign up to star in it, it's a bit shit.

Welcome to Your Face Sounds Familiar - a show that takes making a good impression, quite literally!
Each week, hosts Alesha Dixon and Paddy McGuinness will be challenging Alexander Armstrong, Bobby Davro, Cheryl Fergison, Denise Lewis, Matt Johnson and Natalie Anderson to transform themselves into a different legendary singer and perform an iconic song and dance routine from that artist's catalogue.
Watch the trailer
In a unique twist, the celebrities will have no control over who they will perform as on the night. Instead, they'll be at the mercy of the Your Face Sounds Familiar 'Randomiser' to decide who they'll be the following week.
Whether it’s an older or a younger artist, or even a star of the opposite sex, the ultimate decision is down to the Randomiser, guaranteeing our celebs will have a lot to do to impress the judging panel - headed up by Emma Bunton and Julian Clary, with a special guest judge each week.

Never got round to watching Lufer. A few years ago , British TV series paled in comparison to the big US stuff. But now that they're assembling decent budgets along with top, top, top quality casts, there's been an impressive array of British drama recently. Sherlock, The Hour and The Shadow Line were all not only classy, but impressively ambitious too. Not the PSG ambitious, but unique and bold. Utopia on C4 earlier this year was #exemplary too. As well you know, we have Downton too.
I'm assuming Luther is little bit exceptional, so I better not be underwhelmed when I get round to watching it. LDG :threaten:.
Luther is pretty boss, thought I've only seen season 1.
It's definitely on a par with the top, top, top US shows like Jericho, FlashForward and Gossip Girl.
