I'm not quite sure what's going on at Fulham. It looks like one or two players, like Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson, might want to leave, but they are playing well enough and will feel they should have beaten Norwich.

Arsenal, with Robin van Persie in the sort of form that he is in, are obviously dangerous and should be too strong for Martin Jol's side.

Bringing Thierry Henry back on loan is a no-brainer too. I'm not sure how many games he will play, even with Gervinho's absence at the Africa Cup of Nations, but he has experience, ability and guile. He won't be ghosting past defenders anymore but he is still a very good player and why shouldn't Arsene Wenger make the most of his know-how.

But, even with their resurgence and the unexpected results at the turn of the year involving some of the teams above them in the table, I don't think Arsenal are all of a sudden title contenders again.

I see them beating Fulham, but the Gunners have dropped silly points along the way too and I cannot see them catching the two Manchester clubs.

Well this is the part of the season where the 'bit part' players are needed. In the last few games we have seen very, very sluggish performances. I have no problem in starting our best choice line-up if they are ready to go and able to put in a good shift. If we see a lethargic performance it'll be very frustrating knowing that we needed some changes. I know our squad depth isn't the best but these are the games Park and Oxlade were supposed to play IMO. Lets hope fears of tiredness are unfounded or, at least, as Maccy says, Fulham are more tired than our guys.

Agreed. Sort of. The thing is, Ramsey has been making brilliant passes that don't turn out to be assists because of poor finishing. He has one today (albeit a tad fortunate) but he hasn't had a good game. Amazing engine - he can sprint for 95 minutes as he has shown countless times but his decision making is wrong when he gets to the edge of the box. I think Rosicky or even Benayoun would be a better option right now.

Gerv has lost a lot of form, I think. The ACoN will at least shake things up a little.

You need your head testing. He's not playing that well. Fulham's number 11 has had way too much space and they'd feel Areta and Ramsey need to step up their hustle. Song will get booked today if he keeps having to chase runners in the middle with no cover.

The problem with Rosicky is he's prone to having invisible games, where he barely makes any positive attacking contribution. At least Ramsey's trying to make things happen. Without Wilshere our central midfield looks shorn of creativity though, regardless who plays.

And our wide players need to improve drastically. Too often they make the wrong decisions.

yep, you can look at the wide players all day but the key attacking support should be coming from ramseys position. it did when fabregas was here....
