Great result for Palace. They really don't deserve to be down there and had some really bad luck against both Spurs & Utd. Obviously not out of the woods and they need to rack up a couple more wins at least to assure safety but they've got some eminently winnable games coming up.
Ideal relegation trio for me: WBA, Stoke & West Ham.
Get rid of all of them please.

Yes and play him at rightwing back. He could also play there you see.

Liverpool look good.
VVD has made them more solid at the back. Keita's coming in next season.
Meanwhile we'll be enjoying a half empty stadium :trophy:

I don't think we should diminish his achievements just because he's a barbaric stone banger.

Just seen two of Salah's goals, for both he dribbled past players in the penalty area, our players would have just gone for the pass around the box. There's the difference. That and he can dribble, I doubt if ours can.

It shows you how poor our transfer policy has been. Salah was a player well within our budget and our capabilities to purchase - just like Suarez & Coutinho before him.

Salah wouldn't have been 1/10th as effective for us because we don't play attacking football. We play possession football with zero end product.

Salah's instinct to dribble and take on his man would have been nipped in the bud right away.

He would have had full freedom to run backwards too.

Nevertheless the point is that the whole thing about "money" being a limiting factor I've seen being argued by Letters is bollocks.
The players are out there and with the right transfer strategy and coaching can be made into the world superstars.

Oh yeah, for sure. The money thing has long been exposed as a red herring.
We all know who the real limiting factor is.

Our scouting has been atrocious for some time. I hope the new guy is able to turn things around on that front.

But we could scout and even sign all the top talent from around the world. They're still going to end up in Wenger's clutches.
