That article was pretty interesting actually, especially the part about Adams reading Thomas Hardy novels, I guess it puts your problems into perspective when you read how dreary the West Country can be.
I kinda like the idea that Barton is educating himself a little, it's admirable to try and better yourself and open your mind up, it'll probably make him a better person in the long run.
Still a twat, though.
