It really wasn't. Some guy went sprinting through and was caught by a little touch, at that speed it's bound to take you off your stride. Anyway, he fell at that speed right into another lad who's leg took basically all the impact.
Looked horrible. :(
Well i guess that goes some way to balancing the unusual lack of injuries in this international break. Just part and parcel of the game, I'm afraid Moe.It was a 50-50. He was just a little bit too quick for him.An honest challenge, I'm sure.Come on..these things happen - we don't want to turn football into a non-contact sport, do we?The real victim is the guy who challenged him.Someone should send him some flowers...or a case of Stella.

Also......
it's clear to me that the box at the end of the John Lewis ad actually contains the severed head of the family dog, and that this advert is actually a chillingly accurate short film about the yuletide awakening of a psychopath-in-training. In July the dog was butchered with a breadknife: the deranged young assailant has been waiting since then to present his "trophy" to his parents. Those are the facts.

I like to think I have a pretty warped mind. Although you say it is not a euphemism, what could that possibly be construed as a euphemism for?
Also, look out for me on the news tomorrow!
Are you going to fall off your bike again?
Is that a euphemism?
Yes, of course it is, for falling off his bike :good:

Sir Bruce Forsyth is to return to the London stage next year for the first time in more than a decade, to celebrate 70 years in showbusiness.
The 83-year-old Strictly Come Dancing host will perform for one night only at the Royal Albert Hall on 3 May 2012.
"I can't believe it's been such a long time since I last did what I love best - working to a live theatre audience," Sir Bruce said.
The show, Bruce Forsyth - Bruce Live, will be a mixture of comedy and music.

No -it is much simpler. He is a talentless wanker who should have retired years ago - preferably before he even started - and what pisses me off more is the media fawning over the tosser. Plus his grovelling gratitude at getting a knighthood from Her Majesty. And his fawning grovelling with Sammy Davis Junior which I saw in the late 60's which was the first time (of many) where he made me vomit.
But apart from that, I'm sure he is a nice guy.

Mmmmaybe. Not sure. Will be coming back from MrsL's on Boxing Day with dad so not quite sure what we're doing.
I must've been using it for a year (or since the changes were made) but I've only just realised how annoying Google 'instant search' or whatever it's called is...when you type what you want to search, it starts finding results before you've even finished what you're searching for. Quite often, I'm thinking about what I want to search and it searches what I've type so far and as I type more it freezes and it's all just a bit rubbish. An hour in to the 'old' google and my quality of life has already improved a great deal. Don't suffer in silence.

First snow of the season is always fun. Started to grate a lot these last couple of years though, given how harsh the winters have been.
Last year I ended up walking everywhere because it was utterly pointless to drive. Got to places quicker as well.
Not sure we'll be getting any this side of Christmas though. Long range forecast is for unsettled shite.
