That's the theory anyway, in practice in this MrsL era we'll end up moving and might have to put the new mortgage over a longer period.
The pension pot from the old job bought me quite a lot in the Civil Service pension though so I think we'll be OK.
Won't be looking at the yacht brochure just yet though.
