I've cut half the sugar I normally have out of my diet, and it's doing the trick. Not overweight by amny means, but giving up fags has meant weight goes on twice as fast.

i find i feel much different, can exercise for longer, getting fitter and feel a lot better, compared to when i exercised and smoked, i can tell a massive difference

and the money saved is enormous, it got so expensive, putting it towards a holiday fund with girlfriend for teh summer, something to work towards

I'd go for an ale if you can, they might be stronger in taste but I think some actually have less calories, that way you'll appear macho but stay truer to the health kick. Harry gets extra security putting the additional soldiers who are tasked with his protection in unnecessary danger as well as increase the whole regiment's risk by making them a high priority target. Make no mistake about it Harry is perfectly safe just acting out his childhood action hero fantasies. Not to mention the added cost the extra security demands.
