I've been waking up at 4.30 with the birds outside tweeting, and the daylight, then falling back to sleep at 6.15 ready for the alarm 30 mins later.
Problem with that is that you go back into a really deep sleep, and when you wake up with the alarm you feel like a sack of shit.

Bros if you have a smart phone, get the 'sleep cycle' app for 69p. Great investment. Tracks when you're in deep sleep or not and if you give it a half an hour window it'll wake you up such that you won't feel too tired.
Why haven't you all bought it yet? All you do is put your phone next to your pillow on your side of the bed. And then it tracks noise and movement and stuff. 69p. Buy it now.

Just fancy dress. And with the least effort possible.
Meant to be African/Safari/tribal thing, so tried a bit of body paint since most people just went in animal onesies. Most people used like one dab and made it into intricate markings and all that. I sorta used the rest of the tub, trying to do little lines, trying to fix them and having another go. After about 20 minutes of it I basically looked like
http://viewsfromthesofa.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/downey.jpg
because I'd smudged it all and didn't think to do it infront of a mirror. And the shit took 2 days to come off... Instead of going as some Safari tourist with the hat and the camera etc, I just went as an African. Fortunately it was in Newcastle so most people were too pissed to notice.

Lieutenant-General Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart[1] VC, KBE, CB, CMG, DSO (5 May 1880 – 5 June 1963), was an English officer of Belgian and Irish descent. He fought in the Boer War, World War I, and World War II, was shot in the face, head, stomach, ankle, leg, hip and ear, survived a plane crash, tunneled out of a POW camp, and bit off his own fingers when a doctor wouldn't amputate them. Sounds like a plan. Remember you can claim expenses on any old rubbish - reading material for the train or something.
To play Chamakh's advocate, £74k a year is not going to attract the top British talent to go into politics. They'd just go in a consulting/advisory role in the private sector and earn double.

"Andy Murray was in the audience last year after losing the Wimbledon Final, since then he's gone on to win the Olympics, the US Open and now Wimbledon. I heard Arsene Wenger's been asking for tickets"

Good in some ways but it can get a bit much. Long as there's some cloud cover you'll be OK.
Enjoy :tiphat:
Sorry I'm not up and about today (unless you're still around about 2ish?). Just seemed pointless fucking around all morning while she decides what to wear....I'll be jumping on a train an hour after her, but saving half a day's holiday....
Yeah, in any case, I'll be around Tottenham Court Rd about 2 O'clock....

Yesterday was fun :)
Was a bit flat without Elton John but Ray Davies has written some brilliant songs and did a good job replacing him as the headliner. Elvis Costello was OK.
Liked Nick Lowe and Gabrielle Aplin too.

Avoiding murder is always good, but if you do want to get rid, take her to Florida, black her up amd shoot her. It see,s to be legal over there to shoot black people.
Am well thanks, had a week off amd now back at work. Just wish actors knew what the word continuity meant and actually did it. Bastards

Should we have labelled the original disciples as mentally ill?
Given the things the original Jesus said and did, no.
Given the things the original Jesus tricked people into believing he said and did, no.

Was here till gone 8 last night sorting out shizzle.
Finally left and realised I couldn't find my Oyster Card which I'd put an annual Gold Card on about 2 weeks ago.
So went back to the office to search, asked at reception if it had been handed in. Nuffink.
So had to buy a new one to get home, was told they could transfer it if I called the number they gave me
Called last night and they were closed, called this morning and because it's a Gold Card they can't transfer it, they have to post me a replacement.
So I've wasted money on the new Oyster Card and I have to pay for my travel for the next week till I get the new one.
In brief: Me :pal:
