I know what you mean man, before GCSEs my old teacher put me in the highest set in the class and English just came very naturally to me and was my best subject.
But fast forward to GCSE time, had a new teacher in who was shit and never checked any of my work or gave any feedback on how to improve or anything. She also gave me a really shit mark on the speaking part of the exam, like a D (not sure if that was present back then ? ) , and its like ffs, I can speak English you bitch. Came very close to getting a C, but luckily I just scraped the B boundary. I'm more good at Science/Maths which is what I did to Alevels as its not subjective.

Wetherspoon in Holborn (and possibly everywhere) have 7.5% until midnight off all prices in order to show what it would be like if hospitality tax was lowered or summat. Just felt like saying nobody's going to give a fuck. Alchies gonna alchie.

I ate a 6 pack of iced buns this morning.
Now I feel little bit sick.
I started off on a healthy foot, with my yogurt, seeds and fruit....but quickly moved on to a chocolate brownie, a homemade sausage roll and a scone with butter and jam :(
12 mile run again on Sunday, so that should fuck that all off.
I like sausage rolls more than almost everything.
If I lived near a Greggs, I'd be dead.

I've had one McDonalds in about 4 years.
It was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten.
That being said, Sayers do a damned fine Bavarian Slice. But it'd probably be better for you to just inject the fat directly into your arteries.

There's Greggs down the road from where I work. Little bit self control is needed otherwise I'd be having chicken bakes and their dench cakes/donuts every day.

Absolutely. McDonald's fries are long and flaccid. Much like Pele's penis.

In terms of pastry goods. You can't get better than homemade IMO. But if we're pushing it, then Greggs Sausage Rolls do win heavily.

Yep, all these restaurants over here who have their USP as a 'burger joint' are overpriced. I have one down the road, and its a big rip off.
You can get what they sell at normal restaurants at half the price really.

Yeah, I'm all for a decent burger but I don't really see much of a difference when it comes to comparing the high end ones.

Don't you think I realize what's going on here, miss? Who do you think I am, huh? Don't you think I know that if I was some hotshot from out of town that pulled inside here and you guys made a reservation mistake, I'd be the first one to get a room and I'd be upstairs relaxing right now. But I'm not some hotshot from out of town, I'm a small reporter from "Rolling Stone" magazine that's in town to do an exclusive interview with Michael Jackson that's gonna be picked up by every major magazine in the country. I was gonna call the article "Michael Jackson Is Sitting On Top of the World," but now I think I might as well just call it "Michael Jackson Can Sit On Top of the World Just As Long As He Doesn't Sit in the Beverly Palm Hotel 'Cause There's No Niggers Allowed in There!"
