Waited an hour in the queue before getting to the seat booking part, then got fucked over by the website having a brainfart of some kind. Called customer service, and ended up going through the lottery of getting on the phone with someone who would actually try and play the system for you rather than blindly following the order sheet, which thankfully happened the second time round.

He could've just passed me onto ticketmaster –who were engaged, by the way :doh: – like the first girl, but he actually went to his supervisor and asked if he could book directly from that office. Seems strange that you can't do that anyway, but oh well.

And if you meant you missed out because of all the corporate tickets then I sympathise. Dad and me got lucky but the whole middle of the stadium was a sea of suits. I remember on the way back a Chelsea fan started talking to us. He told us he went to the final every year through various contacts. I guess if you can do it then why not and he seemed like a decent enough bloke (for a Chelsea fan) but it's not right.
