No. It's the one about the Englishman, irishman and Chinaman who get marooned on a desert island.
The Englishman and Irishman say they'll sort out some shelter and ask the Chinaman to arrange the supplies.
He disappears off into the Jungle and doesn't come back.
A few days later they see a ship on the horizon so they head to the beach to try and get rescued.
They're nearly there when suddenly the Chinaman jumps out from behind a tree and shouts "SUPLISE!!!"
It was nice knowing you.
Well, some of you anyway

Hard to believe that people who take private photos and then post them to the Internet get caught out like this, especially given the bulletproof security record of all the top companies when it comes to protecting data. Those who didn't post private photos to the Internet seem to have avoided this issue entirely, whether by pure luck or common fucking sense I guess we'll never know.

To be fair, they weren't knowingly posting them to the Internet, The Fappening pictures are from the iCloud.
Most of the people involved probably didn't really understand what that is or that their photos were being automatically backed up there.

The Far East is definitely on the bucket list.
When we first arrived I was worried it was all going to be a bit underwhelming but it wasn't. The wall itself is fine, impressive in its way but it's the view from it which is really breathtaking. And the Summer Palace in Beijing was fantastic too. It's weird because we're so used to mock-ups of Chinese architecture in the West that when you're there you're not sure if it's real or if they've just done it for tourists! But it really is like that.

Get yourself a batch of Polequin non-iron supplements and take 3x3 a day. After a week (maybe 2) the pains will be gone. Has to be Polequin, not that shite from Holland & Barratt.

On the weekend I was paying for my bill at a restaurant, I entered my pin and gave the machine back but the guy said it had disconnected and went off to get a new machine. So I repeated the process and it was a success the 2nd time.
I've checked my statement today and just the one transaction has been detailed, as expected. However my balance available is still reduced by the exact amount the restaurant bill was. If I was double charged I'd see the same transaction twice, which is not the case. So basically, where the fuck is my money?
Did she have a lot to drink?
Don't think she was too bad.
I was about number 4. There were a few more drunk than me....but not many.

So...only one transaction was successful and you only see one transaction on your statement?
If the first machine wasn't connected then that transaction wouldn't have been recorded by the bank.
I don't see what the problem is.

Yeah I only see the successful transaction, which is fine, but...
Without wanting to reveal how minted I am, for arguments sake lets say the balance showing is £100, but what's available to me is only £60. That difference of £40 is the cost of the bill and what I know for sure is the unsuccessful transaction.
However nothing has appeared on my statement about it, yet my account is down.
Might go to the bank just to clear it up, online banking seems to take ages to update.

Oh I see.
Sometimes with financial systems there are differences between the account balance and what you see on a statement, it can take a few days to settle down.
Sounds like you have only paid once so I wouldn't worry your pretty little head about it.
So, in brief, your money is in the restaurant's account / in your tummy.

In related news, I was in a call one time after I'd changed one of the countries who use one of our systems to a different online payment provider.
There was a massive flap because they said the switchover hadn't worked properly and was intermittently using the old provider a few days after I'd made the change.
On the call I said "Can the transactions take a few days to appear on the statement?"
"Oh yes", they said.
So...basically the payments had been made in the old provider before I did the switchover but had only appeared on the statement a few days later and this had confused some of my idiot colleagues.
<_<
Should've saved that for the autobiography.

You just have to try your best to relax really, you know you can drive so it's just a case of proving it. That feeling of relief when you pass will make it all worth it. Plus you'll look much cooler pulling out the pink card than green when you get asked for ID.

The Labour party is facing desertion by Jewish donors and supporters because of Ed Mili-band's "toxic" anti-Israeli stance over Gaza and Palestine. In a fresh headache for the Labour leader, it is understood that Mr Miliband has been warned that Jewish backers are deserting the party in droves over what community leaders perceive to be a new, aggressive pro-Palestine policy at the expense of Israeli interests.
One prominent Jewish financial backer, a lifelong Labour supporter, said he no longer wanted to "see Mr Miliband in Downing Street or Douglas Alexander as Foreign Secretary".

I'm sorry what has this saccharine, self pitying nonsense got to do with anything?
I get tired of hearing about bullying by so called enlightened people
Do we not most of us hold the theory of evolution to be true?
Adapt to survive
Those who are strong deal with bullying and the adversity makes them stronger
Those who don't aren't suitable for survival
The enforced sense of compassion will lead people to tell me that's disgusting, callous and amoral
