Cops doing their job, not by the letter but by the spirit which is way more important. These are the guys we need, not the pumped up pricks going around doing government bidding. These are policemen/women - the others are police officers. Policemen work for us, police officers work for the cunt government. It's a fundamental difference a lot of coppers don't seem to grasp.

Religion is pointless. a refuge of the weak.

It really isn't, certainly not in all cases anyway. There's a huge difference, almost a polar difference, between religion and church. Religion can bring much needed inner peace to many people and that's important given the shitty and superficial systems we are subjected to. On a practical level a religious person is far less likely to punch you in the face and steal your wallet. In contrast, a tiny minority of religious nuts are far more likely to stab you repeatedly in the face or blow up your kids. It's the latter that star in the media and hence religion is stereotyped accordingly and everyone starts shouting religion is bad, ban religion. Nobody seems to want to ban the cult of money though.

That's true, in terms of the doctrine of the Church but not in terms of religion, in fact it's the opposite of the truth. We are not weak in any sense, we've just been trained to be weak. It's the same thing as equating democracy to liberty, they are opposites by their nature, one is authoritarian and thrives on weakness, abdication and disenfranchisement, the other is the ultimate expression of strength, responsibility and freedom.

Luton doesn't get the credit it deserves as the 4th London airport. It doesn't have the resources of the 3 financial doping airports, so 4th is pretty decent. Also they have Diaby who can fly from there.

It really is a 'which leg do you want broken' dilemma. It's crap whoever wins. I guess I'll have to support Chelsea though if only because for Spurs it would be a major trophy and they'd go on about it whereas Chelsea would regard it as a tin pot trophy even if they win it.

HR attracts the biggest jobsworths known to mankind.

Spot on. In my entire working life (from the 1970s), I have only once known a decent HR department in one company where I worked for 2 years. HR seem to attract social outcasts and people with zero imagination who's only joy in life is to make everyone else's life miserable by spoiling any attempts at decent social functions, etc. They also seem to either be the Health and Safety people or work hand in hand with them to put ludicrous restrictions on the staff and insane notices like 'This kettle might be hot' - just fuck off you patronising weak-kneed apologies for human beings. If HR had been the leaders of humanity in the past we would still be banging rocks together in caves - and not even that really, because banging rocks together is dangerous because you might hurt your little fingers. C***s.

And breathe.

Just realised that while I've been reading this place as much as I always have, I haven't been posting anything near like I used to. To preempt the obvious joke, I'm sorry to say I'll be making more of an effort to inflict my thoughts on you.

That is all. :tiphat:

There's a dodgy looking Mexican on every street corner that can sell you regular coke.

And hookers.
