That was one of the good guys on the ground who spotted the ballot equipment had either been inadvertently set up incorrectly, or tampered with. The recount is to correlate the initial count with the recount to verify nothing bad has happened. This is a win, and provided we see this being replicated all across the states it should be very hard for them to rig it this time, considering the number of votes they are going to need.

The election was over months ago, but that doesn't mean the result is assured. It is imperative for Americans to stay vigilant throughout the whole process, especially as we wind into the early hours of tomorrow morning.
