Just a shame the BBC, Channel 4 and the other propaganda streams in this country aren't on the chopping block too after their shameful performance on foreign affairs over the last decade. Can't have everything and it's only a matter of time anyway. Even if this is all that is achieved by the last gasp about-turn from the American people, it's a huge win. As the corporate media gets chopped back the ability for the corps to control the narrative will wane and the number of people snapping back to reality will grow. Once that reaches critical mass the whole stinking pile will come crashing down. There is momentum when it seemed impossible there could ever be any again.
