I would have said a free thinker is someone for whom I don’t know what their opinion is going to be on a given topic before they tell me

Id say in your case, if you gave a list of topics I’d have a good shot of guessing what your view is on each one.


A free thinker is also someone who actually will change their mind when the evidence doesn’t support their opinion, you either double down or obfuscate.
