Again, obvious is in the eye of the beholder. Two people have told you it wasn't obvious. The only person insisting it was is you - and that's because it was you who made the connection in your brain.
You just failed to articulate that and now you're blaming everyone but yourself.
The reason it wasn't obvious is because there was no context in your post. As I said, the rest of your post made no mention of the NHS or anything about health services.
You just said it was "not the time". There's lots going on in the country/world right now - what specific thing about "this time" makes it bad timing?
It's not like the NHS has suddenly had a particular crisis right now, it's been struggling increasingly for decades.
