If you've played footy on any team before....Eboue is that typical player on the team that knows he's not that good so he tries to make up for it by being funny, likable, and energetic. But always scores a 0 in the category of competitor and for having zero football intelligence. It's cool to have one of those players growing up, but as a professional athelete? Come on?!?
The bottom line problem at Arsenal, Wenger has not created a culture for the youth players he signed over the years to mature into professionals. With the exception of a few...They still act the same as when they were 18 or 19 playing on the pitch. Same mistakes, same I don't care I getting paid attitude, same work rate against lesser teams, and same results season after season. Eboue would be the perfect example of this new age Arsenal Culture which all started when we moved to the Emirates and youth team took over for our first team.
