Civillians and children are the victims of all sides, all that matters is the propaganda you believe, if all you're interested in are civillians killed by the CIA it's a relatively small number, compared say to the so-called uprising in Syria in which both sides are regularly mowing down the general population without any visible control, in any idealogical, religious or economic war/struggle whatever it's always the civilians getting hit with a shitty stick, if you're that bothered join the red crescent or red cross and do something about alleviating the suffering...
