You saw an article link from the Sun and felt the immediate need to tell everyone you boycotted it. That speaks to me of a need to express your virtuosity.

Plus the point I’m making is that it’s remarks like that, that mean that many (maybe not all) your political views are quite easy to discern, and that it felt at least likely to me that you would respond to my post the way you did.

Honestly. During the pandemic - working at home and all that - I'd forgotten just how bloody annoying people in an office can be.

Our meeting rooms have iPads on the wall outside which you can use to book them. It takes a few seconds. The two things people do which make me want to punch them in the face are:

1) They block out the room for the day and barely go in there.
2) They squat in rooms without booking them which makes you feel you can't book them even though they're available.

Someone was in a meeting room at 10:15 but hadn’t booked it. I needed a room for 10:30 and there weren't any others available so I assumed he’d just popped in the room quickly and I booked it for 10:30. 10:30 arrives, the bloke was still in the meeting room. I went in and the following conversation ensued:

Me: “Oh, sorry. I have this room booked now.”
Him: “…Did you book it while I was in here?”
Me: “Yes, you didn’t have it booked”
Him: “It would have been nice if you’d asked me!”
Me: “It would have been nice if you’d booked the room...”
(He leaves the room with his tail between his legs)



Needless to say, I had the last laugh.

again i don't remember saying that but you do, so clearly you have some kind of unhealthy obsession with things people have said in the distant past (that's two unhealthy obsessions now )

And so what if I said i was boycottign the Sun? - it sounds to me like I was just explaining the reason i couldn't click on a link to the Sun, otherwise if I said I couldn't read the article people might ask why

I accept it could be unintentional on your part but you pigeonhole yourself and meet almost entirely the standards of the token leftist.

It’s not even necessarily a criticism, it’s just an observation.


The whole you’re obsessed thing is a bit of a projection, I’m explaining why I can reasonably predict what view you’re going to take on something and giving you an explanation why.
I’m not going to remember every example, but I think you virtue signal more than you realise…..but then again that’s a contradiction, virtue signalling is an intentional thing unless it maybe becomes a habit

However what I will say re Assange is that it’s evidence of horseshoe theory, as populist right wingers (especially those of a conspiracist nature) are also pro Assange.

Actually what I went on to say is that the stereotypical lefty tends to be a hypocrite on such issues. Such as claiming that using graphically sexual words even in a non sexual context makes me sexually depraved but actual allegations of Rape…well these women could be lying. So yes you flash feminist credentials when it suits you, and forget them when it doesn’t.

I think loads of people don’t conform to stereotypes, you’re just not one of those people


As for not being able to handle you having a different opinion than me. Lots of people as I’ve said hold your opinion they either just tend to be on the left or the populist conspiratorial right and it’s one of those examples of it dovetailing.


If you think someone who very likely is a rapist, put countless people in danger and the only service he’s ever done is to himself is some poorly treated whistleblower hero figure. Well you do you. Will have to chalk it up as another thing you’re wrong about :

You've no proof I'm wrong just as you can't prove he's a rapist, as I said at the start someone's innocent until they're proven guilty and that's not even my opinion it's the law, so take it up with the justice syatem if you like...
