I’m going to go out on a limb and say honour killing. Been a particular modus operandi in these types of killing to cut up the body and leave it in a suitcase (though usually the suitcase is buried)

I missed a word. It’s 1 a year. Obviously yesterday’s incident makes this a bumper year, but the point is there are a tiny number of killings by incident and even if you banned them, there are other ways of killing people.
