Because Harris is unelectable. There is no way the polls should be this close.

    She's an unqualified embarrassment.

    TRUMP 2024! LFG!
Yes yes, Heads I win…Tails you cheated

That’s a wonderful lesson to be teaching children

If it was any Republican but Trump, including De Santis id want the Republican to win. The Democrats were taking the piss by gaslighting us and pretending Biden wasn’t a complete space cadet

I think Trump will win, but either way civilisation will still be here, and I find it particularly amusing that people think civilisation depends on the election of a pathological liar and malignant narcissist. And it’s doubly amusing that you think he will actually achieve even a fraction of his outlandish claims.

    You’re right she is

And so is Trump. And you know this as well.

That’s why the polls are close. If the Republicans had nominated someone who wasn’t Trump, you’d be looking at George H W Bush level blowout

There can be arguments about Trumps suitability for office but he is charismatic and likeable at least, she is not. She should have no support whatsoever.

I think likeable is doing heavy lifting. He’s basically Vince McMahon when McMahon is in character

I think the only thing going for him is that he’s not actually Ted Bundy or Vladimir Putin. But neither are you, and I wouldn’t put you in charge of a church raffle

He can have charismatic and entertaining.
Likeable is in the eye of the beholder. He’s divisive, people either fawn over him or can’t abide himz

There will be a lot of people holding their noses and voting for both candidates because they’re not the other one.

I read the art of the deal when I was bored at university, I thought it was just an empty load of nonsense

Then I started seeing him talking first about birtherism, and then seeing a couple of clips of the Apprentice, what came across abundantly clear was the extent to which the book was ghost written.

As I say if Trump’s ambition in life was to be a celebrity game show host masquerading as a great businessman, that’s fine.

I don’t agree with many of Trump’s policies (or aspirations…not well fleshed out enough to be policies) but generally speaking if something his administration did well I’d say so.
Both Harris and Trump are unqualified to be president in my view, and I think it’s a terrible tragedy America is left with such terrible choices
The issue is one of character and a pathological liar, a crooked businessman who has toxic narcissistic traits (and people with such traits get worse as they get older) and is totally transactional is not someone you want controlling the biggest democracy on earth.
