Wigan had a cracking win against Sunderland last week, and I genuinely think the whole of football likes Latics boss Roberto Martinez and wants to see him do well.
Everyone appreciates how Martinez gets his team to play the game, and how he won't compromise that. He also showed his principles when he turned down the chance to take over at Aston Villa in the summer.
But I would not get too carried away with that Wigan win - Sunderland had lots of chances to win that game and the goal the Black Cats conceded at the end was a comedy of errors.
As for Arsenal, well if Robin van Persie turns up they will win. That's the way it works, isn't it?
Wigan had a cracking win against the Gunners a couple of years ago, when they won 3-2 in a real thriller but I cannot see them having any luck here.
This is an Arsenal team which is a completely different animal to the one which was struggling at the start of the season. Arsene Wenger has turned things round completely and he now has competition for places, which is the best thing you can have at a club because it does half the manager's job for him.
Prediction: 0-2
