Yes agreed, it is obvious it will continue but the government have failed to communicate that exactly until now.

The reason why I was hoping for a clear answer is in theory I would be going to work via train early on Tuesday morning. Now knowing for certain, that won't be the case.

But everything is uncertain for everyone. They’ve been saying constantly that we have to keep this up. The review is part of the law that was passed was purely that. That they must review it. People asking more than a week before is pretty weird.

If you have any sense, just assume you’re not going back to work until sometime in May. They ain’t going to be on steady ground if they sack you for being late on the first day back.
