FFSArsenal have received a boost with news that Abou Diaby is set for a return to action following a long-term ankle injury - although Jack Wilshere is likely to be sidelined until the end of January.
Diaby has missed the entire season for Arsenal so far and last played back in April when they drew 3-3 at White Hart Lane.
But he's handed Arsene Wenger some good news by declaring himself fit for the Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.
“I am very happy - he has not played a minute this season and he had surgery in June”Arsene Wenger
Wenger said: "I am very happy - he has not played a minute this season and he had surgery in June."
Wilshere, meanwhile, will not be back in action for Arsenal until the end of January at the earliest.
There was a slight hope Wilshere would return ahead of schedule following ankle surgery but Wenger confirmed: "He will not be back before the end of January."
