When they got rid of Richard Keys who came up with the idea to get Ben Shepherd in? A man so shit he couldn't even keep a job on breakfast telly!

Out of the people you've listed, I like listening to Ruud Gullit. Jamie Redknapp's alright too. Can't think of any others that don't annoy me - but I don't tend to watch their studio 'analysis' anyway...just switch over when they're not showing actual football.

What's wrong with him? He's usually quite fair and isn't bitter towards any club. He doesn't say anything clever because he can't, but at least he's able to provide an accurate commentary unlike the 'back in my day, that wasn't even a foul' neanderthals.

Having Jamie Redknapp around is worth it just to see the contempt Souness treats him with.

The best pundits are on Sky's La Liga programmes (even Quinton Fortune!), shame they're barely given any time apart from Revista on a Tuesday.

What's wrong with him is he's Mr Media Trend and wouldn't have an opinion of his own if it saved his life. It's unthinking drones like Redknapp that keeps the whole circus rolling along. Moyes is a great manager, for instance. Says so in the Bible. If there's a general view to be held then Jamie will hang on for dear life until such a time as the opposite view prevails and then he'll jump all over that too, often forgetting to abandon the previous devotion in the process. His most impressive moment was dropping his t's on an ad for Thomas Cook. Yes, he really is as insignificant and hateful as that!
