I’d rather we didn’t go down the route of signing old and expensive players with their best years in the can, but Gundogan is someone I’d happily take because he’s such a classy player who could still do a lot for us. I also don’t think we could sensibly claim that the captain of a treble winning team isn’t good enough for us.
