Same here, ditched Sky. Don't miss it a bit. Steal everything I need from streams, the rest wasn't worth watching anyway. Films I get from pirate sites, same with TV shows I want to watch (few and far between). Even the pirate stuff is HD these days :-)

Haven't had a Friday off in ages. Used to do half days all the time, but where I work now, it's pointless. I'd waste half the day driving home.
Got a few days off for post-nuptials.

I don't mind working the week between Christmas and New Year, it's very laid back.
27th and 28th is a weekend this year anyway, so 4 straight days off.
If I'm the UK over Christmas, I never take tine off. The office is dead so I get shedloads done without getting pestered every ten minutes.
