we should have a system were we rep others and add to other users reputation on the forum like they do in other forums

Nobody takes anything seriously here so what would a reputation actually relate to? Good solid posts on topic? If anyone does that I'll trash their rep in a heartbeat and I bet half the other posters would too. Plus how do we know for sure the ethnic background of each member so an affirmative action policy can be applied in a fair manner? People would lie about that just to gain advantage.
