Said we needed to be sensible in the summer and not spend any money. Instead we need to raid a French orphanage to see if we can pick up a cheap replacement for Cesc who we've finally agreed to sell for £500 now plus £50 later. I may not be quoting him precisely but it was along those lines.
I'm sure he'll spend some money if the right players become available who are an improvement on what we have.. So in his eyes there will be no need to spend
