Now I wonder if there are any boards with no men on them? And what might that percentage be? Anyone willing to bet against it being higher than 4%

That's genius really. Shut down all charities and the true gender equality is not only achieved instantly but it becomes a self regulating system that will always be in balance.

Why has nobody thought of this?

Not to mention the added bonus of charitable donations ending up with the intended recipients.
