This kind of shit and attitude is why the whole monarchy shit should die with the Queen. I mean, seriously, I can’t believe people hold views like this. It is can only be from a lifetime of brainwashing from the wall to wall sycophancy this country has been subjected to by the vast majority of the media.
Imagine, caring about this?

It probably comes down to the degree of freedom you have to choose your cause (and if / when you get to walk away): Megan and Harry want to devote themselves to things that are important to them and use their status for positive influence, which is fine - hope they manage to do some good; ‘public’ service / duty is more about doing the job that your people need you to do, even if it’s boring or doesn’t necessarily align with your own political views (e.g. you wouldn’t be able to casually give your opinion about Donald Trump on social media because he’s a petty, vindictive character who your country might have had to negotiate a trade deal with). To that end, the statements from both camps could be true - service is universal, but a lifetime of public service / duty is something different.
Surely the Palace will have to address the interview. They were slaughtered by them both.
Though I don’t think they did themselves any favours by revealing their baby’s skin colour was a topic raised but refused to mention who said it. That’s arguably more damaging.
I listened to that on the radio - so brazen when you see / hear those headlines listed out like that!
Don’t make the mistake of thinking that the tabloids hate Megan, though. The tabloids LOVE Megan! She’s literally the gift that keeps on giving, if your business is selling headlines.
Positive, negative, it’s all the same to them - whatever sells. The fact that the negative headlines sell better probably says more about the public, and our collective addiction to outrage, than it does the press.
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.
