Kane is hardly the biggest issue for England, the problem is Rice is being asked to do too much, he has no central midfield partner….youve got players like Trippier who demand the ball but have zero pace, and you’ve got Foden being a dickhead. Kane was a muppet for giving away the ball from a throw in but why is Alexander Arnold not stepping up to close the guy down, because he’s not a midfielder that’s why

I can’t be bothered engaging with it.
Kane hasn’t been good today goal aside, but yes there is an element of it being emphasised to the exclusion of everything else. As if swapping Kane out for Watkins is the magic antidote.

Alexander Arnold muscled off the ball and ref takes pity on him

I added it to the two points you made so clearly I'm not saying it's the only thing but tbh it's a lot more obvious than TAA, with whom you have your own negative obsession btw

No, it's because he's fat, slow, stupid and as the pundits spent the whole of the HT saying, can't perform his role - am I wrong?

I don’t dislike him at all he’s a good set piece player and he can give you a good burst of pace but he’s not a central midfielder and it’s clearly having the biggest impact on our cohesion. Even with the run he made just now, awful pass at the end of it

The lack of a target man holding the line up front is denying us a lot of opportunity to attack, that's a greater issue than TAA

Southgate's hauled off TAA but he's not the guts to swap out K***

    No it really isn’t

We aren’t set up to just keep lumping the ball down the pitch, so we need midfielders available who can receive the ball deep as well as press
