Black Mirror - Loch Henry / Beyond The Sea / Mazey Day
What the hell is Brooker doing with Black Mirror?
It’s not that they’re bad episodes, it’s just that they’re not really Black Mirror.
Beyond The Sea is the one which sounded most interesting from the premise, but was actually the weakest. The other two were better but both felt more like Inside Number 9 than Black Mirror.
Strange.
So i just discovered a channel called That's TV 2 which is on Freeview and has reruns of old 70s comedies including It Ain't Half Hot Mum - been wanting to see that again for years, if only to see if it stood the test of time - bits of it were amusing though maybe not as much as i hoped (i guess things always seem better at the time), still I'll watch a few more
"lovely shoulders, show 'em off"
What do you think you losers will be watching on TV? Shit as usual. Why even ask the obvious?

Yep, we’re the losers
Ludwig
David Mitchell playing himself as per usual, but doing so in an entertaining way.
The whole mystery about where his brother has disappeared to is quickly shoved into the background and it becomes a bit of a Death in Paradise clone.
I quite enjoyed it though
Mr McMahon.
Quite good. The "revelations" definitely felt tacked on at the end, so they probably just missed out on being able to properly address them. It was more of a "History of" if anything, which does make sense given Netflix are showing it from next year. He's such an interesting character though, literally. Nothing which was really unknown.
Some of the quotes though are
"Even if it were rape the statute of limitations had run out" is one. Then Tony Atlas "he grabbed my pecker" and the producer's ".....what?"
