I agree with you that on the whole the results in other games have been a tad disappointing. I was hoping Chelsea would beat City, hoping Ipswich would nick a point against Liverpool. I literally had no hope of Everton beating Spurs because they are pathetic, and to be honest I was surprised Leicester got a point against them
But ultimately we can only control our own results. I’m hoping Merino brings something different into our midfield because Rice and Partey were unable to pass out of defence yesterday. Also hope we recognise the need to bring in a forward as suggested by the Mirror.
Anyway six points from six…I have to say David Raya took a while to convince me but Arteta got it right with him.
