Not really, legislation protects everyone, black and white, from racism. The fact that there is an organisation for black lawyers doesn't make it racist. I'm sure they don't exclude people of different ethnic groups from joining and given that blacks make up a very small proportion of all lawyers in the UK, it is understandable why you have a group like this.
