They didn’t break electoral commission laws.

Was more of a clickbait headline.

It'd be better if they were all dead, not just the tories but all of them. Or never born, better still. But during a crisis like this, loss of stability at the top is not good. Especially as the media are calling for the likes of Tony Blair to be brought back into the fold so he can lend a claw.

Ever since the vote, unemployment has fallen.

They also claimed there would be a massive recession. While growth has not been as good as it was before, there is still growth in the figures.

Although of course both of those things will change now but that is nothing to do with brexit.....

And before you say anything, I’m not disputing that leave campaign lied either
You do realise that to all intents and purposes, nothing has changed yet?

We only left The EU in January and even at that, the only change thus far is we have no say in its governance.

They did, as it turns out. As always, the very thing they were accusing others of is what they were doing themselves. But that story went a bit quiet.

The Eu is fighting to stay relevant and that's rapidly becoming a lost cause. Brexit will be the least of their concerns. We're out. Others will be following soon. It's one of the few positives in this craziness.

Looking at the US figures, their "curve" seems to be coming down faster than ours. I'm more than surprised how badly, relatively speaking, we are doing here. I hope it's because we are using different methods to count cases and mortality. And if you look at the official number of people who have recovered, it's shocking. Has to be wrong.
There is a big issue on how the figures are being counted. We definitely aren’t counting like for like. Also, individual jurisdictions have changed how they counted their figures.

A criteria change meant that Quebec went from amongst the lowest per capita ratio in Canada to the country’s epicentre.

And anybody who believes a word of what is coming out of China must have been living under a rock since the 1930s.

The lack of reliable information at this stage is intolerable. Should we be going out and getting on with normal life and taking our usual 1 in a million chances with life, or huddled in bunker homes washing our survival tins of baked beans? One minute there's nothing much to worry about, the next we're doomed. Can they really know so little about this virus, and be so unprepared? It's SARs, haven't we had to deal with that before?

A "government of national unity", listen out for that over the coming days.

Or fascism if you prefer. Unelected and even discredited rejected individuals attaining power at a time of crisis - like a banana republic.

What an appalling notion. But the media seems keen. Kay Burley as head of the Ministry of Truth?

Why would there be a GONU?

The Tories have a whopping majority.

BoJo will just get replaced by the most ruthless of the remaining slime balls in that party.

In the short term yes, but none have johnson's 'lovable' persona, if he doesn't make it it's a real gift for Starmer if he can use it as an excuse to call for an early election
