Arsenal (4-3-3): Szczesny; Debuchy, Mertesacker, Chambers, Bellerin; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Flamini, Ramsey; Campbell, Sanogo, Podolski.
Subs: Martinez, Akpom, Zelalem, Kamara, O'Connor, Iwobi, Maitland-Niles.
Good to see Debuchy is back. But sad to see Wenger up to his old tricks again. Dortmund are on such a poor run of form they could lose vs Anderlecht. Which would leave us needing the win to top the group. Unlikely but not impossible. It'll be a harsh atmosphere in Turkey as always, we're coming off a bad defeat. Gambling with this squad selection shows that Wenger values qualification more than progression. We're through already so rest everyone and bring kids into the mix. Announcing the team early and give the opposition a boost. Is he assuming the Turks won't turn up because they can't progress? If Dortmund end up losing what will it feel like if we only manage a draw or worse still, lose? It will be another opportunity thrown away. He has always devalued these types of game, he doesn't seem to grasp the concept of momentum at all. He doesn't seem to get that winning breeds winners.
Disappointing. I know people will say players need to be rested, but they'll get plenty of rest if we fail to finish top and end up facing Madrid in the next round. I hate it when we don't even try to compete.
