    What really grinds your gears?

You know what really grinds my gears? When people use words that aren't really words.

Addicting. You mean 'addictive' you dumb motherfucker.

You know you've set your future posts up for thorough inspection now?

Insultive was used by someone here. Not sure if it's widespread though.

The overuse and absolute misuse (and abuse) of words like literally, phenomenal and epic in today's media and society is enough to make me feel like the repressed Ned Flanders.

Even though tbh is a GW staple, idiots (well, footballers) using it in every sentence of speech is actually quite annoying.

    Also, most Americanisms are evil.

Mentioned it quite a few times in similar threads - but that is because it annoys me a disproportionate amount - unimpeccable ( ) manners.

I stopped at a zebra crossing today. A bunch of tourists crossed. Nobody signalled to thank me. All it takes is a nod of the head or a quick wave of the hand. Nothing. I was tempted to run them over. With my bicycle.

    Sort it out, England.
