Tentative rules would be each person picks a current PL player one at a time, to build a first eleven. The order of picks would be decided randomly, and would reverse in the second round of picks. We could have some form of knockout competition to pick who built the best team.

It's the same system as an NFL style draft e.g.
X picks first, Y picks from the remaining players, then Z picks from the rest.
Next round:
Z picks first, Y picks, then X picks.
Continue, with players being removed from the pool.
